A man strong in character and unselfish in his love, he provided a foundation of security that allowed the incredible Susan Lucci to become one of the the most magnetic figures in the entertainment industry.

Helmut is in a word--solid. That stability allowed Susan Lucci to share her charismatic magic as an actress and create the most memorable figure in daytime history, Erica Kane.

And when the day was done, they returned home to live their married life without lights, cameras or controversy.

I thought of Helmut and Susan when I saw the incredible transformation of Christina Aguilera after she coupled with Jordan Bratman. Like Helmut, Jordan provides Christina with that foundation of love and trust that allowed Christina to take three deep breaths and take herself out of the whirlwind, often undignfied,lifestyle that has seems to define young Hollywood today.

Christina will have a career longevity similar to Susan's, and one would hope as long of a loving marriage.

And for Helmut and Susan, one has to respect and appreciate the example they have set that others in the industry would be well served to follow.

37. I watched right from day one. i was in highschool. talk about plastic surgery!!! this one has probably had more than cher,catwoman and joan rivers combined!!! she's almost 70!!! looks waxier than the sculpture!!!!

42. I just realized how terminally stupid this is. A "Museum" that displays life sized replicas (knock offs) of famous celebrities and charges morons to walk by and gawk at statues of celebrities. This was probably all the rage in 1812 but in 2008 this is seriously lame. Only the lowest mouth breathing, knuckle dragging rube from Alabama would think that spending the day at "Madame Tussauds" would be a good idea. I guess there's a sucker born every minute.
