46. I feel so bad for those poor little boys! I can't even imagine how scary it is for them to be constantly surrounded by yelling strangers and flashing cameras. Britney was leaving a parking lot with her children and a friend - how is this news? She has the right to leave her home with her children and not be constantly harrassed (even after dark). No wonder she almost got into another accident, she was being blinded by the paparazzi. Maybe she does go out partying more than she should, but she wasn't doing anything by leaving a parking lot!!!

49. Why doesn't someone take these children away from her? I am a single mom and by 9:00 at night my son is asleep. I am not riding around the streets with my child in the car. My Mother would have me in court in 2 seconds if she knew that my child was in harms way because of my immature and damaging lifestyle.

50. It is sad that her children are caught up in her train-off-the-tracks lifestyle. "last night" was that before 9pm or after? If it was after, then shame on her for not considering the children's bedtime. If it was before 9 pm, shame on the photographers for scaring the boys. Take all the photos you want of Brit-Brit, but please leave the boy's out of it, you wouldn't subject your own kids to being swarmed would you?

apparently, britney and her mom are reconsiling - about a month now, but of course, that is GOOD news and they won't report that.,

britney DOES have a valid license, but they won't be explaining that over again - so of course, they publish the wrong info, and other news outlets as well carried away with it. go back on TMZ to find the "corrected" story.

i don't think she should have to "stay home with her kids". if it's not one post, its another. everyone on here says the same thing, every day. she is human, who cares what she does for a living, does it really matter to you? her kids are fine, or there is no way a macho attorney, a judge, child protection and others would let her have them if she wasnt fit. she obviously has a problem, but let her worry about that. her kids are fine...

and how come the papazzari know where she will be when she comes out of the bathroom? or was it a good guess that out of all the places in LA britney would just happen to come out of there? it's all a set-up; they even knew when her private plane was landing in van nuys. she's telling x17 where she will be at all times. how can she want her picture taken looking that hideous? i would have a bag over my head, but then again i would never look that bad.

55. I feel really bad for her and those kids, she is obviously very sick. Maybe losing her kids or going to jail will help her. On the other hand how the hell is anyone supposed to drive with all those flashes going off in their face. Those paps are not helping the situation at all that is scary for little kids. Somebody step up and help this girl before we find her and her kids dead.

56. Maybe if the 1000 camera flashes hadn't blinded her vision she would have found her way out the first time around...
And i didnt see much "weaving"....she could barely go 10mph.
AND....i'm pretty sure the kids were scared to death of the 10+ strangers surrounding the car....which is something she can't avoid..........unless she never takes them out in public ....without a blanket on their head ;)
