First Pics of Lindsay in Utah

TMZ has obtained these pictures of a smiling and happy Lindsay Lohan as she takes a break from rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah.

The actress walked around the town yesterday, took in the gorgeous scenery and hit up Beaches Tanning Center before making her way back to the Lodge. We're told that Lindsay bought a $20 spray-on tan from Beaches, in addition to several more $16 tans. Lindsay was "very nice" to the folks there.

We're told she went to the mini mall to work out at the Gold's Gym, which is contracted out by Cirque. The Tanning Center is right next door.



As TMZ first reported, Lohan has been a "model patient" in rehab and is currently working on her sobriety at the world-renowned Mormon facility.

You go, girl.

242. She's in for a heap of trouble. And apparently, nobody told her there are other lawsuits coming her way. Otherwise, she wouldn't be prancing around while "enrolled" in rehab! Nevermind, she's just not too bright. What a ditz.

243. Good for her! She's SO young, we all made mistakes at that age, lest we forget. This girl had to spend her entire life in a fishbowl! I hear this is a tough rehab, so maybe this time there's hope. I hope she gets better and wish her much happiness!

On another note, I'M SO PISSED that Mary Winkler is out of jail!! What BS!!!!

245. I do not understand why she is even out and about. Most people who go into a GOOD rehab are not allowed contact with anyone outside of the facility for a minimum of 30 days. In order for her to get her act together, she needs to be in an environment where she can be sober for at least a year. Depending on how long she has been using drugs and alcohol, she will need a minimum of a year to clear her head. It takes at least that long for someone to realize that their thinking is distorted. I wish her the best and hope she gets the REAL help that she needs, not just a bandaid which results in not getting well. Some people have actually overcome their addiction by giving it to God and He has been known to heal them instantly and completely.

247. When you are an addict and get clean you are a recovering addict. It is always what you are. In REAL rehab, you've 2 other roommates, you ARE NOT allowed to smoke, you ARE NOT to leave the premises.
Been there, I know what rehab is. So to all of you who think you know, you are wrong. They take perfume away, mouthwash and anything else that may contain alcohol. Anything that has strings is taken away or cut off, suicide, yeah?
WTF, tanning. No legitamate rehab has such priveliges. Oh yeah, NO PRIVELIGES..
There to get clean, that's it. After, off to NA. People that have never experienced getting clean the right way should not offer up such nonsense.
